Appointment Confirmation
We request confirmation within 48 hours of scheduled appointments. There is no guarantee of appointment without confirmation.
Cancellations
If you have a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us notice (business hours only) within 48 hours to avoid additional fees.
Missed Appointments
No-call/No-Shows will be charged a rescheduling fee.
Payment/Insurance
We are in-network with Maine Care and Delta Dental. See FAQ for additional insurance questions.
New Patients
We ask all new patients to show up 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.
